AVI, has been repairing Boiler Water Circulation Pumps for our dedicated customers, at various power stations around the world, for over 25 years. We know your General Electric, Hayward Tyler, Ingersoll Rand, KSB and Westinghouse pumps, inside and out. With our years of experience, we have developed a detailed inspection process, with upwards of 175+ measurements, to verify the integrity of each component. Identifying the problem is the first step of the process as we strive to bring exceptional life, service, and reliability, to your pump.
Having all of the BWCP components be concentric to each other is important which helps to reduce unbalanced magnetic pull. It is our goal to ensure that the balanced rotating assembly and all of its parts are centrally located, to provide optimum efficiency.

As many of these pumps approach 50 years old, new problems are surfacing. A major problem involves the alignment of the rotating assembly within the pressure vessel and the pump bowl. We now include in our disassembly and inspection a full set of alignment checks to show the relative position of the rotor pack and impeller.

the experience to provide parts precisely manufactured at AVl's facilities utilizing the latest materials.
Pressure vessels are a vital part of a Glandless Boiler Circulating Pump. We take the care to inspect and document critical parameters, such as gasket faces, and correct all deficiencies caused by age and thermal cycling, so as to provide a safe and reliable vessel for the submersible motor to operate for years to come.

AVI's Wet Stators are crafted to exacting specifications. Our high quality winding cable is American made and our BWCP windings have minimal connections results in eliminating points of failure. AVI's submersible coils are hand formed by Master Craftsmen creating an optimally efficient stator from 250 hp thru 1,400 hp 50 and 60 cycle 440vac thru 7,300vac.
AVI maintains emergency spare parts for winding many styles of Boiler Water Circulating pumps from 250 hp -1400 hp Hayward Tyler KSB Ingersoll Rand and Flowserve. Our processes and protocols allow for maximum cooling while maintaining the integrity of the coils against reeding cold flow and other detrimental effects . Our winding team is one of the most experienced teams in the industry. AVI's Super Safe Terminal glands have never failed in service due to workmanship or materials. We can provide new stator laminations also brand new Stator cores. We repair, refurbish BWCP stators on an emergency basis.
AVI maintains an inventory of Hastelloy winding cans commonly found in General Electric or Westinghouse BWCPs for the power plants that require a dry winding BWCP.
